All part of good time management – you don’t have to solve all your problems,
reach all your goals and complete all your tasks today! Just some of them –
prioritise!
Take regular exercise.
The Romans knew all about it when they said, “A healthy mind in a healthy
body!” Keeping the body fit keeps the mind fit.
Reflect.
Give yourself time for quiet reflection on your life.
Laugh out loud.
Keep your sense of humour. Sometimes you don’t know whether to laugh or
to cry. Choose laughter, it is one of the best curatives known and put things
into perspective. More especially, learn to laugh at yourself!
Listen to music or play some, if you can.
An old saying goes that music soothes the savage beast! It works on the
stress monster too!
