TIME MANAGEMENT
1. INTRODUCTION
How many times have you heard people say that there aren’t enough hours in
a day? Now, read the following quote:
"Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same
number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur,
Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and
Albert Einstein."
- H. Jackson Brown
Just like money, time is a valuable resource. We are given twenty-four hours
each day. How we choose to use up that time is up to us. Just as money can
be wasted, time can be wasted too. Time is money and by planning and
scheduling our daily activities, we control how valuable time is spent and how
more can get done within a time frame.
“Don't be fooled by the calendar. There are only as many days in the year as
you make use of. One man gets only a week's value out of a year while
another man gets a full year's value out of a week.”
- Charles Richards
