Quadrant A represents the urgent and important.
For example: an irate customer, a hurt child, a machine breakdown, accident,
major surgery……
We need to spend time in Quadrant A as this is where we manage, where we
produce, where we utilise our expertise and experience in response to
pressing needs and challenges. If we don’t, we will become buried alive.
However, we must ask ourselves whether any of those important activities or
tasks become urgent because we have procrastinated or failed to plan?
