Co-ordinating a number of related tasks into a single time sequence. An
ideal example is the planning of a wedding where numerous tasks need to

get done in the months leading up to the big day!

Scheduling a list of items like courses, events or meetings. Attending a

computer course on a Wednesday evening for a period of six weeks is a
                       good example.

The do’s and don’ts of effective scheduling:

DO set specific time frames for all appointments and meetings.

This will ensure that the meeting will stay on track and all present will

understand the importance of wrapping up the meeting by its close.
